πŸ›‹οΈ How to decorate when you don't know where to start...

Published 5 months agoΒ β€’Β 1 min read

There is a common problem I hear often from homeowners, Reader, and it usually goes something like this...

I'd love to start decorating, but I'm not sure where to begin.

When I first decided to start decorating my home, the daunting task of getting it right the first time really held me back.

I felt overwhelmed by all the choices (and ways to mess up), and without a clear plan, I had no idea where to begin.

And the last thing I wanted was to waste money on decorating mistakes.

No, thanks.

However, if I had given up, I wouldn't have been able to transform my home into the cozy, beautiful space it is today.

One I am truly proud of.

But as it turns out, you don't need to be an expert with a fancy degree to embark on your home decorating journey with success.

You just need a simple process to help you move out of the dreaming phase and into action.

Here's how:

  • Identify Your Unique Style: Start by determining your style preferences and the ambiance you want for your home. What colors, finishes, or moods resonate with you? This will be your guiding light.

  • Assess Your Space: Do a home walk-through and take note of everything you want to accomplish. Then, organize your ideas in a way that gets it out of your head, but still lets you refer back to them when you're ready.

  • Narrow Your Focus: Rather than trying to tackle everything at once, prioritize the spaces in your home by breaking up your projects into smaller, manageable chunks. Set aside time to complete the first space on your list and get to work.

Don't let not knowing where to start hold you back from achieving your dream home goals.

By simplifying the process and taking it one step at a time, you can make progress without feeling overwhelmed.

Of course, it sounds easy when I say it, right?

But, there are some tips and tricks that will make this process SO much easier...

And they'll be part of my ✨new✨ product drops this Black Friday weekend 😳.
