Do you know what phase of the design process you're in?

If you've been around awhile, you know my love of planning and effective systems is something I crave.

To be quite honest, getting started on a room design is always just a little bit daunting for me.

It requires the proverbial push to get my head from dreaming into doing, but it is always worth it in the end.

After taking a 5 month hiatus from home projects after my son was born in January, I felt a little bit paralyzed.

Would I have the time to dedicate? The energy? The right vision?

But then it dawned on me... just trust the system.

For almost every room in my home plus all my client projects I have used the same process/workflow/system to go from the dreaming phase all the way to the done phase.

After reviewing it for myself, I knew I had to share it with you, too.

It's so freeing to have a simple order to follow knowing you're moving in the right direction to reaching your goals.

So today I'm sharing with you my tried-and-true system for going from dream to done.
